Week 12 of the college football season was another entertaining one.
With No. 1 Oregon narrowly escaping Wisconsin win a three-point win, it was a clean week for each team in the top four while No. 5 Indiana was idle. Right outside of the top five, however, No. 6 BYU suffered its first loss of the season, adding more intrigue to proceedings in the Big 12.
Among other major decisions in Week 12 was No. 12 Georgia's home win over No. 7 Tennessee, signaling another shuffle in the SEC hierarchy. While most eyes will be on the forthcoming College Football Playoff rankings, updated top 25 polls often provide an idea of what the committee may do.
