Let Week 2 commence. The inaugural season of League One Volleyball continues with the second round of matches.
One week in, it's Omaha that leads the way after a sweep of Houston. But Houston will still be a problem as it pulled off a reverse sweep of in-state rival Austin just a day before to split its first week. Austin got its first win with a sweep of Madison while Salt Lake notched a four-set victory over Atlanta.
As expected, the rookies didn't shy in their pro debuts. Madi Skinner lead Austin with 22 kills against Houston. On the other side of the net, Jess Mruzik helped her squad to the reverse sweep with 13 kills. She added a team-high 11 in Houston's loss to Omaha.
However, it's Salt Lake fans should keep an eye on. In her first club match in years, Jordyn Poulter recorded 57 assists through four sets. Roni Jones-Perry and Heidy Casanova recorded 23 and 22 kills, respectively, to make their mark as the most lethal pin duo in the league.

LOVB Week 2 schedule
Week 2 of LOVB kicks off on Jan. 15 with a head-to-head matchup in Austin. Weekend with LOVB will be played in Madison with Houston, Salt Lake and Omaha joining the hosts for the three-match series.
