Manchester United remain in 13th place in the Premier League rankings after slipping to a 3-1 home loss against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Defeat to the Seagulls at Old Trafford means Ruben Amorim's side have now won just one of their past six EPL games as his disappointing start to life in Manchester continues.
Bruno Fernandes' first-half penalty levelled Yankuba Minteh's opener before Kaoru Mitoma put the visitors back in front with an hour played.

An error from Andre Onana gifted Georgino Rutter the clinching goal, meaning United have now lost 10 league games from 22 played, across the tenures of Erik ten Hag and Amorim this term.
That streak matches an unwanted record for Amorim as the earliest point in a league campaign where the Red Devils have hit double figures for defeats since 1989-90 under Sir Alex Ferguson.
United finished 13th in the old First Division in that campaign and Amorim pulled no punches afterwards, labelling his team "maybe the worst" in the 20-time English champions' illustrious history.
"Another loss at home. It's not acceptable, the way we conceded the goals. We can play some football but [only] in small spaces of time, it's not consistent, and we get nervous and then we concede a goal," he said at full-time.
"In [the past] 10 games in Premier League, we won two," said Amorim. "Imagine what this is for a fan of Manchester United. Imagine what this is for me.
"We are getting a new coach who is losing more than the last coach. I have full knowledge of that.
"We are the worst team maybe in the history of Manchester United. I know you [media] want headlines but I am saying that because we have to acknowledge that and to change that. Here you go: your headlines."
United take a break from domestic action in midweek, as they host Rangers in the UEFA Europa League on January 23, before a trip to Fulham three days later.
Amorim's side could potentially need to win both of their remaining league phase Europa League games to avoid dropping into the playoffs next month.
