The time has come to name the champion of the Big Ten, and the Ducks and Nittany Lions are set to duke it out for the title this weekend.
Oregon (12-0) and Penn State (11-1) are two of the best teams in their conference and two of the best teams in the nation. The most recent College Football Playoff poll has ranked the squads at No. 1 and No. 3, respectively.
Still undefeated, Oregon has been the clear frontrunner all season, and the team to beat in the playoff. The Ducks have dominated their inaugural year in the Big Ten, only having close calls against No. 6 Ohio State and Wisconsin.
Coincidentally, the Nittany Lions' singular loss was also at the hands of the Buckeyes. Penn State will surely be looking to make a statement in the conference championship against the powerhouse Ducks.
