The Bahrain Darts Masters returns for its third-ever edition from the Bahrain International Circuit – the home of the country's Formula 1 Grand Prix – in Sakhir, and as the first event after the PDC World Darts Championship, 17-year-old champion Luke Littler is looking to get his world title defence off to a strong start, given he's also the 2024 Bahrain Darts Masters winner.
Beating Michael van Gerwen in last year's Bahrain Darts Masters final – as he did to win the World Championship at Ally Pally a matter of days ago – Littler headlines an all-British lineup of seeded players in the Middle East, with world number one Luke Humphries at the top of the seeding. They face off against eight of Asia's top players, including two Bahraini qualifiers.
Littler will be hoping to complete back-to-back wins in Bahrain, but even with Van Gerwen absent, he'll know that's no easy feat with Paolo Nebrida – who impressed at the recent World Championship – on the other side of the draw and the likes of Peter Wright, debutants Stephen Bunting and Chris Dobey all in the mix.
The Sporting News has your full guide to the 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters, including a full schedule, how to watch details and prize money as Littler aims to show just why he's the defending champion of the world of darts.
