The NFL is one week closer to finding out which club is on the clock first on draft day.
The league is in the home stretch of the season. The dust has settled on Week 15 play, meaning there are just three weeks remaining in the regular season. Playoff spots continue to get snatched up left and right.
While there are still a few clubs clinging onto postseason hopes, there are others whose focus has turned to the 2025 NFL Draft. There is no consensus top pick like in past seasons, but there is plenty of talent at the college level looking to go pro.
The Raiders and Giants entered Week 15 at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. Come the end of the week's action, things remain the same at the top. The G-Men fell to the Ravens in the early Sunday slate, moving itself up the draft order to No. 1 as the only team with 12 losses. That is, until the Raiders dropped a close one to the Falcons on Monday night, bringing Antonio Pierce's side back to the top of the draft board.
A matchup with pivotal draft implications occurred between the Jets and Jaguars, two teams that entered this weekend at 3-10. Aaron Rodgers and Co. were able to pick up the close win, but it came at a cost for their position in the draft order.
In the late window, the Patriots "took care of business" with a 30-17 loss to the Cardinals, keeping their No. 1 pick hopes alive. They're one of five teams tied at 3-11, all of whom remain in striking distance of the Raiders, who dropped a heartbreaker to the Falcons on Monday, at the top — or rather, bottom — of the pack.
The Bears dropped their Monday night clash against the Vikings, condemning them to yet another double-digit loss campaign. A top-10 pick is almost certainly in the cards come the 2025 draft. If Chicago drops any more contests, that selection could very well land in the top five, too.
Here's a look at how the NFL Draft order looks after Week 15 action.

NFL Draft prospects
Here's a look at the top 10 NFL Draft prospects, based on our own Vinnie Iyer's latest 2025 big board:
Rank | Player | Position | College team |
1 | Travis Hunter | CB/WR | Colorado |
2 | Mason Graham | DT | Michigan |
3 | Will Johnson | CB | Michigan |
4 | Tetairoa McMillan | WR | Arizona |
5 | Abdul Carter | EDGE | Penn State |
6 | Malaki Starks | S | Georgia |
7 | Ashton Jeanty | RB | Boise State |
8 | Shedeur Sanders | QB | Colorado |
9 | Cam Ward | QB | Miami |
10 | Will Campbell | OT | LSU |
There is no shortage of talent expected to headline the 2025 NFL Draft. However, two names come from the same program: Two-way star Travis Hunter and quarterback Shedeur Sanders.
Hunter, who plays both wide receiver and cornerback, was just named the winner of the 2024 Heisman Trophy race. While he's expected to commit to one side of the ball in the NFL, he has shown his ability to make an impact both on offense and defense. Sanders is potentially going to be one of the first quarterbacks taken in the draft, joining Miami's Cam Ward and Alabama's Jalen Milroe as QBs expected to go toward the top of the board.
Heisman Trophy runner-up Ashton Jeanty out of Boise State put together one of the greatest rushing seasons ever in college. He is undoubtedly the top running back in the draft, and where he is selected will be a hot topic leading up to draft day.
Defensively, a trio of Big Ten players will likely headline the 2025 draft class: Michigan's duo of DL Mason Graham and CB Will Johnson, plus Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter.
