The WNBA gets at least another year with Diana Taurasi. The 41-year old is entering her 20th season in the league but has no plans on slowing down as the Mercury rebuild.

After playing in the title game in 2021, Phoenix lost its footing, finishing the latest season with a 9-31 record, the worst in the league. First-year head coach Nate Tibbetts has no intention of that happening again. The Mercury picked up Natasha Cloud and Kahleah Copper, each of whom has a WNBA ring, to add to an already-experienced group.

Unfortunately, Phoenix will have to start the season without one of its best players, Brittney Griner. The center missed a preseason game against the Sparks with a foot injury, and it sounds as if she will be sidelined multiple weeks due to a fractured toe.

But if there's anything anyone knows about Griner, she'll be back better than ever.

Until then, here's how to watch, and even attend, every Mercury game this season.

Phoenix Mercury schedule 2024

The Mercury begin their season on the road at the Aces on May 14. They return home to face the Dream on May 18 before returning to Las Vegas for one more matchup. Here's a complete look at their schedule for the season.
