The Tennessee Titans suffered another brutal loss in Week 2 against the New York Jets, and once again quarterback Will Levis made a boneheaded decision.
With the Titans at the Jets' six-yard line in the second quarter, Levis attempted to avoid getting sacked by flipping the ball off to running back Tyjae Spears as he fell to the ground. The highly questionable decision led to a fumble that the Jets recovered, wrecking Tennessee's drive.
After the play, head coach Brian Callahan was caught on camera going absolutely nuclear on Levis, who had just made a terrible decision the week prior in the loss to the Chicago Bears.

When asked about his reaction on Monday, Callahan had no regrets.
"I don't regret my feelings about it and how I felt in the moment," Callahan said, per ESPN's Turron Davenport. "I am generally pretty composed. That one just set me off, and I, I'm human like everybody else. I have blackout moments where I'll lose my mind."
"It's got to be something that's more second nature to me," Levis said of his turnover. "I'm going to do everything I can to rewire my brain to make sure that when I'm in those situations, I'm not making those decisions."
While Levis was certainly an issue, he wasn't the only one. Tennessee's pass blocking continues to be poor, and the Titans had yet another punt blocked, the second of the season.
"I'd like to see what a game would look like when we don't turn the ball over," Callahan said.
We'll see if the Titans can accomplish that feat in a Week 3 matchup against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in Nashville.
