The Bears are set to host the Panthers on Sunday, but the much-hyped Caleb Williams vs. Bryce Young showdown won’t happen.
Instead, it’s veteran Andy Dalton calling the shots for Carolina, after the team hit the brakes on the Bryce Young experiment just two weeks into the season.
Chicago is rolling with Caleb Williams, their top pick, who's gone 2-2 in his first month as QB1. He’s thrown for three touchdowns but also has four picks, though he did steer the Bears to a solid 24-18 win over the Rams last week.
As for the Panthers, after clobbering the Raiders in Week 3, they crashed back to reality with a 34-24 loss at home to the previously winless Bengals. Looks like Dalton and company have their work cut out for them heading into this one.
