The Detroit Lions left the Week 2 loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with some injury concerns over three players in particular: wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, linebacker Alex Anzalone and cornerback Terrion Arnold.

St. Brown suffered an unspecified leg injury during the third quarter on Sunday but was able to return to the field before exiting once again in the fourth quarter. Head coach Dan Campbell said on Monday that St. Brown is dealing with a soft tissue issue in his lower leg but "he'll be good."

This echoes a report from earlier in the day from ESPN's Adam Schefter, who noted that St. Brown was dealing with a contusion and cramps. Taking everything into account, St. Brown is likely to play on Sunday.

Anzalone left the game after sustaining a concussion. Campbell said Anzalone is day-to-day and "felt pretty good today," which is certainly great news. It remains unclear if he'll suit up in Week 3, though, as concussions are tough to predict.

Last but not least, Arnold doesn't have a serious issue with his finger and should be fine, also. It doesn't sound like he'll miss any time.

After losing to the Bucs in Week 2, the Lions will look to bounce back on the road in Week 3 when they head to State Farm Stadium to take on the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
