USA vs. South Sudan box score: Full stats from 2024 Olympic men's basketball game image

Team USA's quest for gold continues on Wednesday against South Sudan in 2024 Paris Olympics group play.

South Sudan posed trouble for the United States during an exhibition match over a week ago. LeBron James' game-winning layup kept the U.S. from dropping a game leading up to the Olympics.

The main difference between then and now is the addition of Kevin Durant to the U.S. rotation. The 35-year-old was sidelined with a calf injury, but he made his return for the first game of group play.

While Team USA is fully healthy, it's still a notable matchup considering how close the exhibition game was.

The Sporting News has you covered on the box score from USA vs. South Sudan.
