Joshua (28-3) is a former two-time unified heavyweight champion. “AJ” hasn't held gold since Oleksandr Usyk beat him twice. Since those losses, Joshua has won four straight, with his last fight being a massive knockout win against former UFC champion Francis Ngannou.

Dubois’ (21-2) unbeaten record was snapped against Joe Joyce in 2020 when his eye got swollen shut. “Dynamite” rebounded with four straight wins before suffering a controversial loss against Usyk. The 26-year-old bounced back with a win against Jarrell Miller and shocked the world when he decimated Filip Hrgovic.

Dubois believes it will be a new era in British boxing once he beats the mighty Joshua.

“I was speaking about before, I was in a dark place and I was going through some stuff but I feel like I’ve been resurrected now. I’m in the light again and I’m ready to fight. He’s been the king for a while, he’s been the king for a long time in fact, but I feel like it’s my time and I’m a king slayer and I’ve got to do that again,” Dubois said on Face Off via Bad Left Hook
