England face off against the United States at Wembley Stadium on Saturday in one of the biggest women's international friendly matches of the year.

Former Chelsea head coach Emma Hayes returns to London at the helm of the USWNT for a meeting with Sarina Wiegman's reigning European champions in front of what is expected to be close to a capacity crowd of 80,000 spectators.

The fixture will form part of a farewell tour for U.S. goalkeeper Alyssa Naeher, who is retiring from international football this year.

It also represents the chance for new talent to come to the fore, with two Lionesses hoping for debuts at England's national stadium.

The Sporting News looks at the latest team news and predicted lineups for this game.

Two uncapped players in Wiegman's squad, Manchester City's Laura Blinkilde Brown and Leicester City's Ruby Mace, are in line for their senior international debuts on Saturday.

Gabby George is also back in the set-up for the first time in two years, the Manchester United defender having impressed in this season's Women's Super League.

United's Maya le Tissier will also sit this game out, though, after sustaining concussion in the defeat to Chelsea, with Arsenal's Lotte Wubben-Moy called up to provide cover.

A host of other stars are sidelined through injury, including Niamh Charles, Lauren Hemp, Lauren James, Lucy Parker and Ella Toone, so this could represent a very difficult test for the Lionesses.

England predicted lineup (4-3-3, right to left): Earps (GK) — Bronze, Bright, Williamson, Carter — Stanway, Kirby, Walsh — Mead, Russo, Kelly

Full England Lionesses roster:

Goalkeepers: Mary Earps, Hannah Hampton, Anna Moorhouse

Defenders: Millie Bright, Lucy Bronze, Jess Carter, Gabby George, Alex Greenwood, Maya Le Tissier, Esme Morgan, Millie Turner, Leah Williamson

Midfielders: Laura Brown, Grace Clinton, Fran Kirby, Ruby Mace, Jess Park, Georgia Stanway, Keira Walsh

Forwards: Aggie Beever-Jones, Chloe Kelly, Beth Mead, Jessica Naz, Alessia Russo

Hayes will have to do without any of the world-class three-pronged front line, as Sophia SmithTrinity Rodman, and Mallory Swanson were all left at home.

U.S. Soccer cited "nagging injuries" for the trio, but it appears that it's nothing more than rest for them after a long season, especially Rodman who missed last the last two international breaks with a back injury and played in the NWSL final the weekend before with her club.

That leaves the forward line extremely thin, as only Lynn Williams (20) and Jaedyn Shaw (eight) have more than one international goal to their name.

Also missing is Crystal Dunn, who has been absent for club or country for weeks due to personal reasons. Alex Morgan has retired, while both Mia Fishel and Croix Bethune are out with long-term knee injuries.

Goalkeeper Naeher will make her international swan song in this international break.

USA predicted lineup (4-3-3, right to left): Naeher (GK) — Fox, Girma, Sonnett, Nighswonger — Lavelle, Hershfelt, Horan — L. Williams, Shaw, Thompson

Full USA women's roster:

Goalkeepers: Mandy Haught, Alyssa Naeher, Phallon Tullis-Joyce

Defenders: Tierna Davidson, Emily Fox, Eva Gaetino, Naomi Girma, Casey Krueger, Alyssa Malonson, Jenna Nighswonger, Emily Sams, Emily Sonnett

Midfielders: Korbin Albert, Sam Coffey, Hal Hershfelt, Lindsey Horan, Rose Lavelle, Lily Yohannes

Forwards: Yazmeen Ryan, Emma Sears, Ally Sentnor, Jaedyn Shaw, Alyssa Thompson, Lynn Williams
