Once every four years, the best of the best compete for the ultimate title of Olympic champion. Now, it's only a matter of time until the gymnastics champions are crowned at the 2024 Paris Games.

The U.S. women are expected to steal the show. With Simone Biles ready to compete at her third Olympics, the squad is going for gold after earning silver in Tokyo's team final.

It's no easy task, as Brazil and China are within striking distance, but it helps to have four Olympians returning. Biles, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey and 2021 all-around gold medalist Suni Lee are back, while 16-year-old Hezly Rivera prepares to make her Olympic debut.

But there's more to gymnastics with the artistic men, rhythmic and trampoline squads ready to take the stage. The U.S. men haven't medaled since 2008, but this could be the year that they snap the streak with 2021 Olympian Brody Malone, 2023 U.S. all-around champion Asher Hong and 2023 NCAA all-around champion Frederick Richard headlining the team.

There's a lot of gymnastics to keep up with. Here's how to watch every event live from Paris.

What channel is Olympic gymnastics on?

  • TV channel: NBC, E!, CNBC
  • Live stream: Peacock, NBCOlympics.com, NBC Sports app, Fubo

Exclusive coverage of every event is available on Peacock, NBC's streaming service. NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports app will also provide live coverage of gymnastics competitions.

Cord-cutters can keep up with the action by streaming on Fubo, which offers a free trial.
