The Trail Blazers will look to bounce back from a 3-2 deficit as they head into Game 6 at home against the Nuggets on Thursday night. Portland is coming off a 26-point loss, one that saw Denver's frontcourt of Nikola Jokic and Paul Millsap explode for a combined total of 49 points, 27 rebounds and eight assists.
Four of the Nuggets' five starters (Jokic, Jamal Murray, Gary Harris and Torrey Craig) had no playoff experience prior to this season, and now Denver is only one game away from reaching the Western Conference finals for the first time in a decade.

If necessary, Game 7 would be played in Denver on Sunday, but the Trail Blazers haven't made it to a Game 7 since losing to the Mavericks in the first round of the 2003 NBA playoffs. In order to force a winner-takes-all game, Portland is going to need strong performances from CJ McCollum and Damian Lillard.
McCollum is coming off his lowest scoring playoff game since 2017 (12 points, 5-of-16 shooting), while Lillard has dropped off since his 39-point outburst in Game 1, shooting just 7-of-32 from 3-point range (21.8 percent) in his last four games.
