Drivers have one final shot at the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs at the Cook Out Southern 500 in Darlington. The toughest track in the league, called "The Track Too Tough to Tame," it's quite a way to go out of the regular season.

It'll be a dogfight to the end as only the best of the best will survive and be one of the top 16 to make it to the playoffs. But to be one of the best, you need to take on Darlington Raceway.

That's the excitement of the Cook Out Southern 500. There's no place NASCAR's biggest fans would rather be than South Carolina on Sunday, Sept.1 for the final race of the regular season.

Tickets for the Cook Out Southern 500 are available now on StubHub.

They won't last long. The last race of the Cup Series regular season, fans want a chance at seeing who will make the postseason. Plus, it's the last race on Darlington Raceway. Two weeks ahead of the race, passes cost about $40 for any of the four main seating sections: Brasington Tower, Tyler Tower, Wallace Grandstand and Pearson Tower.

When is the Cook Out Southern 500?

The Cook Out Southern 500 will race Sunday, Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. ET from Darlington Raceway in South Carolina.

It's the second of two NASCAR Cup Series races to compete at the track, following the Goodyear 400 in May.
