The American League Division Series are back on center stage Monday after a day off, with the two visiting teams looking to reclaim momentum before they head back home.

After an ugly start to Game 1 in Cleveland, the Tigers have their ace, Tarik Skubal, on the mound for Game 2. The lefty has surrendered five total runs across his last six starts — the same number of runs Detroit surrendered in the first inning alone Saturday. The Guardians will send former Tiger Matthew Boyd to the mound for the start.

The Royals are in a similar situation in New York, with ace lefty Cole Ragans set to start after throwing six scoreless innings against the Orioles in his postseason debut last week. Opposing him will be yet another veteran southpaw, Carlos Rodon, who will look to continue an impressive bounceback year with the Yankees.

The Sporting News has you covered with everything that you need to know in order to watch postseason baseball today.
