The LA Galaxy look to put themselves back on top of Major League Soccer for the first time in a decade as they contest the 2024 MLS Cup final against the New York Red Bulls on Saturday in California.

The once dominant franchise with the most MLS titles has fallen behind their new cross-town rivals LAFC, who reached each of the last two title matches and secured this year's Western Conference top seed on the last regular season matchday.

A win here would see them back to the promised land and back on top of the league's hierarchy, but they must do so without coveted star Riqui Puig, who tore his ACL in the Western Conference final last weekend and will miss significant time.

They take on the New York Red Bulls, who emerged out of a chaotic Eastern Conference bracket with the coveted chance at a franchise-first MLS Cup title. The No. 7 seeds remained standing while defending champions Columbus Crew and Supporters' Shield winners Inter Miami fell well short.

The Sporting News details how you can view the 2024 title match, with the game available to stream for free on MLS Season Pass.
