Thunder threaten biggest blowout in playoff history record with 51-point drubbing of Grizzlies in Game 1 image

After turning in a historically dominant regular season, the Thunder turned in the most dominant Game 1 in NBA Playoffs history.

Things quickly got out of hand in Oklahoma City, as the West's No. 1 seed opened the second quarter on an extended 28-8 run to open up a 35-point lead over the 8-seed Grizzlies. The Thunder entered the halftime break with a 32-point advantage and dominated even more in the second half, leading by as many as 56 points in a 131-80 win.

Despite a long layoff for its key players, OKC was in full playoff form, while Memphis looked the part of a team that played in a postseason game just 48 hours prior.
