In the second match of the Crown Jewel PLE card, fans got the Fatal 4-way for the women's tag-team belts. With champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill defending against Metafour (Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend), Damage Ctrl (Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane) and Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.

Belair and Sky kick things off , witht he tag champs inflicting damage on Green and Niven before the Metagirls get into the action. A botch by Damage Ctrl actually set off the best part of the match, with Niven showing her domination before Beliar landed a Blockbuster and then Lash Legend and Jade Cargill started a battle of the Super Powers.

Niven took them both out with a cross body from the top rope.

Chelsea Green wanted to land from the top rope but was scared, leading to the tre acrobats. First Iyo Sky took out Niven and Green, then Legend launched Jackson to take them all out before Belair took Legend out the ring. Belair throws Green back in the ring and Cargill lands a Jaded but Damage Ctrl stops the three count.

A ridiculously good CodeBreaker by Green into a knee-lifted Senton by Green, but it lead to Niven splashing her own partner. Cargill lifts Niven up on her shoulders and Belair completes the CodeBreaker.

3 count. And Still.

Matchup Grade: 91

A little slow to get going, but the constant action among these great athletes was a sight to see.

What's Next?

Belair and Cargill let everyone know they were locking in for a long championship reign and this cemented it. They are by far the best competitors in the tag division for the women and should hold the belts until formidable contenders with supportable storylines emerge.
