When you think of "Playoff Jimmy," you might picture an intense, focused player on the court — what you probably don’t imagine is him sipping coffee in his own home coffee shop. But that’s exactly what the NBA All-Star can do in his $6.6 million mansion outside of San Diego.
After making the move from the Miami Heat to the Golden State Warriors, Jimmy Butler certainly has a lavish retreat to call home, one that has all the luxury you could imagine. The mansion, a far cry from his former $70K/month rental in Florida, is everything a superstar needs and more. Butler, who signed a $121 million extension with the Warriors through the 2026-2027 season, isn’t shy about treating himself to the best.
The 15,844-square-foot estate, purchased in 2020 for a bargain price of $4.3 million (down from an $11 million asking price by former Dodgers star Matt Kemp), apparently includes seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and every luxury amenity you can dream of. Among the highlights: a full coffee shop, a state-of-the-art cinema, a recording studio, an outdoor kitchen, a cabana, and a massive infinity pool. Plus, let’s not forget the basketball court, perfect for unwinding after a season on the court.
Butler and his team are currently competing in the NBA playoffs and will be playing the Houston Rockets tonight at 6:30 pm.
