The Seattle Seahawks have made a trade on Day 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft. The team sent the No.52 overall pick and the No.82 overall pick to the Tennessee Titans for the No.35 overall pick. With the selection acquired from Tennessee, Seattle is taking South Carolina safety Nick Emmanwori.

The Seahawks moving up in Round 2 isn't a surprise, as Seattle has a ton of top 100 selections and also still has another second-round pick slated at No.50 overall. The 52nd pick traded to the Titans was acquired from the Pittsburgh Steelers in the DK Metcalf deal.

We'll see what general manager John Schneider decides to do with the rest of his picks, but moving up for a potential star safety in Emmanwori in Round 2 is a savvy move from the Seahawks front office.
