Arne Slot in his first season in Merseyside, has guided Liverpool to the Premier League title. It is only their second Premier League crown and first since 2019.
While the Reds are still celebrating their 20th English top-tier league title, Slot and the team management are already looking at player contracts and transfer shortlist ahead of the summer window.
One such player, who is facing a lot of uncertainty ahead of the new season, is Harvey Elliott. The former Liverpool junior team player was chuffed after the Reds lifted the Premier League title.
It has been a tough season for the 22-year-old with injuries and lack of gametime. He suffered an early injury, which derailed his campaign. Later, when he returned to fitness, Slot has used him mostly as a fringe player in brief cameos.
Elliott featured in 24 appearances for Liverpool this season, but most of them were restricted to brief 10-20 minute spells on the field. He has only played 10 Premier League matches and provided a solitary assist.
However, the 22-year-old loves the club and the badge, and the ebb and flow of this season didn't stop him from celebrating his boyhood club's title triumph.

What did Harvey Elliott reveal about his future?
In a recent interview with Liverpool Echo, Elliott spoke about his situation at the club and also gave hints about his future. He was one of the primary players in midfield for former coach Jurgen Klopp.
But the same hasn't translated with Arne Slot, plus Elliott's injury also did him no favours. So even after returning to fitness, Liverpool's no. 19 has been forced to play a limited role.
"I think it's been a lot more difficult for me because I obviously had that injury at the start," Elliott told ECHO. "But at the same time, you need to be here for the team, work as hard as you can and when the opportunities come on the pitch.
"A lot of times this season it's almost been [coming on] when we've been losing or drawing, so it is about trying to change the game, try and turn it around and have a positive impact. But, you know, any minutes for Liverpool are amazing," the youngster added.
Elliott is a highly rated player, especially among Premier League clubs, as they have seen his capability and attributes under Klopp. Therefore, the lack of gametime has attracted interest in the midfielder. Clubs like Brighton and Borussia Dortmund were reportedly interested in him in the January transfer window.
Speaking about his future at Anfield, Elliott is keen to fight for his spot at the club and has not intention of leaving Merseyside. But eventually, he will do whatever that is best for his career.
"I hope that I can push on. This is my team, I am committed to them and it's just a situation that is always going to have a lot of talk, I just need to think about what is best for my future, my career and as much as I want it to be here," the youngster spoke about his future.
"You never know what is going to happen around the corner. If I had it my way, that would be here, I would play each and every game here and stay here for the rest of my career but it all depends on managers, the people above and as I said you don't know what could happen but as far as I am aware I am here, here to stay and this is the club I want to be at," the 22-year-old revealed.
Since moving to Fulham, Elliott has been with the club for six years and has featured in 143 matches, scoring 14 goals. He was 16 years and 174 days when he became the youngest player to debut for Liverpool in the EFL Cup fixture against Milton Keynes Dons in September 2019.
