Even from the other side of the world during All-Star festivities, Drake couldn't help himself from partaking in some NBA drama.

The sports-loving rapper — currently embroiled in an ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar that reached new levels of enmity during Lamar's Super Bowl halftime show — decided to use his platform during a show in Melbourne,  Australia over the weekend to douse gasoline on yet another simmering side-feud.

While performing at the Rod Laver Arena, Drake unfurled a DeMar DeRozan Raptors jersey and spiked it off stage.

The Toronto-born rapper often sat court side at Raptors games during DeRozan's nine-year run with the team during which time he made four All-Star teams and scored over 13,000 points which remains the most in Raptors history.

Their once-strong bond however as been on the ropes since DeRozan was traded from the Raptors to the Spurs in 2018, and particularly since DeRozan has seemingly hitched his wagon to Lamar after signing with the Kings in 2024.

There's a lot to unpack — DeRozan appearing in Lamar's 'Not Like Us' video, DeRozan and Russell Westbrok joining Lamar onstage, Drake claiming he'd tear down DeRozan's ceiling from the rafters earlier this year during an interview at Vince Carter's Toronto jersey retirement.
