There's only so much more time for the Golden State Warriors to continue being one of the top teams in the NBA. The Warriors, who currently hold a 2-1 lead against the Houston Rockets in the first round of the Western Conference Playoffs, are hopeful they’ll win this series.
The Warriors will host the Rockets on Monday night, looking to take a commanding 3-1 lead.
For Warriors star Stephen Curry, he understands that this could be his last ride, not only to win a championship, but in the NBA.
It's the unfortunate reality of getting older; the 37-year-old likely doesn't have many years left in his prime or in the league.
He admitted that in an interview with Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN, telling Youngmisuk that he told Draymond Green this is their last ride.

"This is it," Curry told Green. "It's our last ride."
For Curry and the Warriors, it's a fair thing to consider. Not only does the team have an older core, but this will be the end of an era, whenever the time may come.
"How many more chances will we actually realistically have at chasing a championship?" Curry told ESPN in Houston ahead of Golden State's 95-85 Game 1 upset over the Rockets. "Not saying this is the last year, this run that we're going to have. Just focusing on what we can get out of it."
For now, Golden State and Curry are hopeful that things will turn for them and they'll continue to play the way they have throughout the first three games of the playoffs.
That means getting Jimmy Butler back, who missed game three and only played eight minutes in game two due to a deep gluteal muscle contusion.
