Heading into the 2025 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Chargers are still looking for a dynamic weapon for their passing attack. The team is continually tied to one of the league's mist dynamic weapons.

Whether or not the Miami Dolphins intend to trade wide receiver Tyreek Hill is hard to say, but if he is, the team that can't seem to shake the idea of a trade with those Dolphins is the Los Angeles Chargers as they are always mentioned in connection with a potential trade

That is the case with a recent article published by Thomas Valentine of Pro Football Focus, in which he discusses one trade every team should consider before or during the upcoming NFL draft.

For the Chargers, he has the team acquiring Hill, still one of the fastest wide receivers in the league and a future Hall-of-Famer for a reasonable price.

Chargers Receive: 7th-round pick No. 256 overall) and WR Tyreek Hill
Dolphins Receive: Third-round pick (No. 86 overall), 6th-round pick (No. 181 overall) and a 2026 sixth-rounder

Though that wouldn't quite fit what Dolphins general manager Chris Grier stated the team is looking for in return for Hill, it's probably a lot closer to what the Dolphins would actually get for him.

Giving up a third-round pick in the deal might be tough for the Chargers but the team does have 10 picks in this draft and Hill would bring an instant game-changer to the roster. He recently turned 31 years old and figures to have at least a couple of productive seasons still left in him.

He's still one of the league's most feared weapons with the ball in his hands, able to get separation from pretty much any defender in the league and with the arm strength possessed by Justin Herbert, that could give the Chargers' offense an entirely new dimension that few teams would be ready for.

The Chargers, equipped as a power-running team with a stingy defense, by adding a player like Hill to take the top off of the opposing defense could lead the team to unchartered territory in its long history.
