New Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim had a clear message for his squad after their 1-1 Premier League draw at Ipswich Town.
The Portuguese coach made his belated EPL debut at Portman Road in a performance of contrast for the Red Devils as they were forced to cling on for a point late on.
Marcus Rashford scored inside 90 seconds against the Tractor Boys, in a dream opening for Amorim, but the wider performance will have caused concern for Amorim.

Omari Hutchinson's deflected strike levelled the contest before the break and Andre Onana made a string of late stops to keep the hosts out in the final minutes.
Amorim has only had a brief window to work with his players, due to the November international break, and he admitted the team looked ruffled by the occasion and the focus on him.
"This week I spoke more to the media than I did in four years at Sporting CP. I just want to work with my players. Nothing more," as per quotes from BBC Sport.
"My players were thinking too much in the game. We had just two days together, we need more. They (Ipswich) left us one against one many times and we have to use those moments. It was a tough match and we lost some balls without pressure.
"When you start like we did, you have to control the ball. We cannot do it at the moment but the players really, really tried.
"We have to address the new ideas now and try and be better for the next game."
Across the tenure of Amorim's predecessor Erik ten Hag, interim boss Ruud van Nistelrooy, and now the 39-year-old - United have won just one of their last four league games - as they edge up to 12th in the table.
Up next for Amorim is his first taste of European action at Old Trafford, with a UEFA Europa League home clash with Bodo Glimt on November 28, followed by a Premier League trip to Everton on December 1.
