The 2024 NCAA Division III football playoffs, an excursion that ends on Jan. 5 with the fabled Stagg Bowl, begins with first-round games this Saturday.

Cortland won last year's championship, capturing the first football national title in program history. Now, the Red Dragons — touting a perfect record — are vying to become the first school to win back-to-back D3 championships since Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2013 and 2014.

In total, 11 teams enter the playoffs with undefeated records. That group includes North Central (Ill.) and Mount Union, the runners-up from each of the past two playoffs.

Here is everything that you need to know about the 2024 Division III football playoffs, including live stream information for every game.
