While ESPN's Molly Qerim has to control the stage while working on First Take, that doesn't mean that she slacks off looking fantastic. Qerim probably made some heads turn as she stepped out to go to work.

Qerim posted an awesome-looking photo on her Instagram account on Wednesday, April 30. She wore a black-and-white dress that added a special touch to a beautiful blue-sky day.

Qerim wrote on her post, "Bring your own sunshine". It looked like she did just that while taking a walk. Qerim has done an awesome job trying to keep the talk show on course when it veers off-track. It's a tough job sometimes with Stephen A. Smith getting in a word or two all the time.

But ESPN loves the show. The network knows that First Take delivers ratings every single day Monday through Friday. Qerim deserves a tip of the cap for all the hard work she does getting ready for the show.

If she keeps on showing off fantastic looks like this dress, then she'll get even more fans and followers on board her social media platforms.
