The NFL world saw a historic draft slide when Shedeur Sanders fell to the fifth round of the draft. Kansas City Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce chimed in to give his opinion on Sanders' falling.
For months, Sanders was predicted to be a top 5 pick by experts. However, after reports of the New York Giants and Cleveland Browns passing on the quarterback position early surfaced, many experts still predicted Sanders would be a top 10 pick. Then, reports about his character and private meetings being a concern began to surface. There was one anonymous report that pained Sanders in a very bad light.
On a recent episode of "New Heights," Kelce sent a strong message to whoever released the anonymous report.
"I think whoever the (expletive) anonymous person that’s (expletive) saying this should (expletive) come out and say who they were," Kelce said. "Like if you’re gonna leak that (expletive), be the one that says, 'Yeah, it didn't go well for us.' Don't (expletive) say, 'we're anonymous,' you know?"
Kelce himself slid in the draft because of concerns about his character. He was suspended for marijuana use during his sophomore year in college. It's understandable he would have a strong opinion on what happened with Sanders.

Sander's slide in the draft was a captivating situation. Nearly every expert had him as a first-rounder. The situation got more confusing when Tyler Shough, Dillon Gabriel and Jalen Milroe were all selected before him. Sanders led the country in completion percentage. He led the Big 12 in completions, passing yards, passing touchdowns, rating and yards per game.
Sanders was eventually the No.144 selection by the Browns. He could actually climb up the depth chart quickly.
