Serena Williams turns heads in Stella McCartney gown and Louboutin heels at TIME100 Gala image

Serena Williams displayed a stunning look while attending the 2025 Time100 Gala in New York City on Thursday night.

For the elaborate honor, the legendary athlete wore a black off-the-shoulder dress from Stella McCartney that featured a cutout design on the front. Pairing her ensemble with sheer black opera gloves, she accessorized her look with a chunky diamond necklace, matching diamond earrings and a silver diamond watch. Pairing her blonde locks into a sleek ponytail style, she showcased a '90s-style makeup look with a red lip and purple eyeshadow.

Williams' shoe choice for the evening consisted of a pair of the Condora Strap pumps from Christian Louboutin, which is designed in a slingback style, and emphasized by a pointed-toe upper. Crafted with leather, the shoes are characterized by the brand's signature red bottom, and a sharp heel estimated to be in-between 4-to-5 inches in height.

After the event, Williams posted her own set of pictures on Instagram, captioning the post, "So much fun at @time ✨ thanks for having me!" The comments were also glowing with dazzling reviews of Williams' look (and respective accomplishment) as well. "Serena you are absolutely beautiful what a woman you are 😍❤️❤️❤️," said one fan. "🔥🔥🔥," added actress and singer Nicole Scherzinger.

In her official Time100 profile, Williams was asked if she misses tennis. "I miss it a lot, with all my heart," she told the publication, adding, "I miss it because I’m healthy...If I couldn't walk, or if I was so out of it, I wouldn’t miss it as much," she continued.

One thing's for sure, Serena Williams continues to remain a powerhouse both on and off the tennis court.
