The top seeds in each conference also know their second-round opponents, and both the rested Lions and Chiefs have reason to be confident entering the weekend. Detroit will face Rookie of the Year favorite Jayden Daniels and the Commanders, while Kansas City will host 2024 ROY C.J. Stroud and the Texans. Both home faves are laying 8-plus points. 

The biggest takeaways after seeing these opening lines: the inflated over/under totals. Commanders-Lions is set at a gargantuan 55.5 points, while Ravens-Bills is lower but still pretty high at 51.5. These numbers could provide savvy bettors with some solid alternate-under opportunities in mini-parlays.
