Josh Allen has done it again. He put up a second straight 40-piece, and his 93.2 fantasy points across the last two weeks are the 5th-most in a 2-game span in NFL history. Whether it's on the ground or through the air, Allen has been producing at an elite level in the last month.

Lamar Jackson threw five touchdowns last week, preventing Allen from getting too close to his QB1 title. If it weren't for Allen playing black-out football, we would likely be talking about Jackson as the MVP front-runner.

If you have one of Jackson or Allen, you're not sweating your quarterback situation in the fantasy playoffs. But if you've been streaming quarterbacks throughout the year, consider taking a look at the Sporting News' quarterback rankings to find a suitable starter this week.

Who are the best fantasy QBs for Week 16?

Josh Allen continues to find ways to put the Bills on his back and carry them to wins. He's also done a pretty good job of carrying fantasy managers to victories. He's now the QB2 across the full season and belongs in lineups every week, regardless of opponent.

The only quarterback ahead of Allen in terms of fantasy production this season is Lamar Jackson. Everyone knows what Jackson can do on the ground, but Jackson has been among the league's top passers this season. In fact, he leads the league in yards per attempt. His true dual-threat nature allows him to put together big days in fantasy with ease.

Rushing quarterbacks are all the rage, but the elite pocket passers can be difference-makers in fantasy. Nobody has been better as a pure passer than Joe Burrow this season. After Week 15, Burrow became just the second quarterback of all time to throw for 250-plus yards and three-plus touchdowns in six straight games. Burrow is well on his way to a top-5 fantasy season thanks to gaudy passing numbers.

Who are the best fantasy QB waiver pickups for Week 16?

Fans were treated to a vintage performance from Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams last week. Rodgers threw for 289 yards against the Jaguars with Adams accounting for 198 of those yards. This did come against the pitiful Jacksonville defense, but Rodgers has now strung together two quality games. The Rams' secondary has proven to be vulnerable at times, and Rodgers could certainly put together another strong performance.

Who are the best fantasy QB sleepers for Week 16?

Russell Wilson makes for an interesting quarterback streamer this week. The struggles of the Baltimore secondary have been well-documented, and the play action game in Pittsburgh has allowed Wilson to deliver plenty of big plays. Wilson's fantasy viability hinges on George Pickens' health. If Pickens can recover from his hamstring injury, Wilson becomes a legitimate QB1 option this week.

The Detroit defense has been highly productive this season, but injuries are starting to take their toll. Caleb Williams has also shown that he's capable of stuffing the stat sheet against this defense, scoring 26.1 fantasy points against the Lions on Thanksgiving. This should be a game script that favors the Bears' passing attack and forces Williams to make some big plays. He should be in the QB1 conversation in this matchup.

What are the biggest QB injuries for Week 16?

Patrick Mahomes suffered an ankle injury last week and was unable to finish the game. In a post-game interview, Andy Reid said Mahomes sprained his ankle and was considered week-to-week. As of now, Mahomes' Week 16 status is in question.

Geno Smith injured his knee awkwardly trying to avoid a sack on Sunday Night Football last week. His knee is reportedly structurally okay, but he was clearly in pain, limping around on the sidelines. If he's unable to play this week, the Seahawks will turn to Sam Howell.

Tommy DeVito left in Week 15 with a concussion, leaving Tim Boyle as the Giants' starting quarterback. Drew Lock is also banged up, meaning Boyle could be in line for a start this week.

After it was assumed that Aidan O'Connell was done for the year, the Raiders revealed that there was some hope that he would return this season. It seems like a long shot, but there's a chance he plays on Sunday.
