The road to Fort Worth starts now. NCAA gymnastics regional action begins with five days of action from four cities. While 36 enter, only eight will survive to the national semifinals when all is said and done.
It all goes down in University Park, Pa.; Seattle, Wash.; Tuscaloosa, Ala.; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
LSU, the No. 1 seed in the postseason for the first time, enters as the defending champion, but it won't come easy for the Tigers. No. 2 Oklahoma is right behind them, and the Sooners know what it takes to win when push comes to shove. They earned back-to-back titles in 2022 and 2023.
Plenty more squads have a shot at a deep run, including No. 5 UCLA, which just captured the Big Ten championship with a season-high 18.450.
