Just before going on the clock in the second round of the NFL draft, the Denver Broncos instead agreed to trade back with the Carolina Panthers, swapping several picks in the process.
The Broncos traded out of the No. 51 spot, dropping back six spots while moving up several slots in later rounds. Here are the full details of the trade:
Panthers receive: Picks 51, 84, 122, 208
Broncos receive: 57, 74, 111, 230
The Broncos are still looking to get a running back in this draft and the hope within Broncos Country is that it happens soon, but both Quinshon Judkins (Browns) and TreVeyon Henderson (Patriots) have already come off the board in the second round on Friday night.

The Broncos moved up 10 spots in the third round and 11 spots in the fourth round with this deal, so this trade could pay off in a big way for the team in the later rounds. At least, that will be the hope.
