Indiana Fever Head Coach Stephanie White found herself defending Caitlin Clark's 35-foot 3-point shot following the team's exhibition game against the Brazilian National Team Sunday.

White was asked if Clark shooting logo-3s is just part of the team letting Clark be herself, something the coach rebuked.

"I've been watching her do it for four years, five years really, so that's just who she is," White said. "It's what she does. I mean, nobody tells Steph Curry not to take good shots, right?"

Clark electrified the crowd in Iowa City when she fired off a 3-point shot from beyond the spot where she broke the NCAA scoring record while playing for the Hawkeyes.

The Fever dominated the game against Brazil, winning 108-44. Clark finished the game with 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists in 19 minutes of play after missing the team's first preseason game against the Washington Mystics on Saturday, May 3.

The team will next face off against the Atlanta Dream on May 10.
