With less than 24 hours to go until college baseball's traditional Memorial Day NCAA selection show, it's time to find out which teams will lock up the final automatic bids to the tournament.

Thirteen conferences are set to hold championship games Sunday, with the NCAA selection committee awaiting the outcomes as it finalizes the path to the College World Series in Omaha.

The marquee game will be the SEC final between top-ranked Tennessee and defending CWS champion LSU, which has stormed through the bracket in Hoover as the No. 11 seed. The ACC title game features the lone matchup of top-25 teams as No. 10 Florida State faces No. 17 Duke in Charlotte.

UNC Wilmington could end up with the longest day at the ballpark as weather has wreaked havoc on the CAA tournament schedule. The Seahawks had to wait for the winner of Saturday's suspended game between Charleston and Delaware, with Charleston prevailing Sunday morning. If UNCW loses against the Cougars, the teams would have to play again 45 minutes later.

Here's how to watch all of Sunday's action with NCAA tournament bids on the line:
