NFL Draft prop bets 2025: Odds and best bets on pick positions, top 5 props, exactas, team specials and more image

The countdown to the 2025 NFL Draft has switched from days to hours, and sports bettors have started to really ramp up their draft-related betting. You can't find much value atop the board — Cam Ward, Travis Hunter and Abdul Carter are all heavily favored to be called first, second and third — but plenty of value exists in the world of draft prop betting.

The wagering opportunities are plentiful. From pick position props to top-five and top-10 bets, exactas and team specials, bettors have dozens and dozens of bets from which to choose ahead of Thursday night's festivities.

Let's get right to the best bets and top props from the 2025 NFL Draft, and explain why each wager has a good chance of winning by the end of Day 1.

Top 5 mini-parlay: Will Campbell and Ashton Jeanty (+117)

You can't get top-five odds on Ward, Hunter or Carter anymore — that ship has sailed. However, you can still capitalize on the distinct possibility that Campbell becomes the newest Patriots' offensive tackle and Jeanty gets selected at No. 5.

Campbell to New England seems like a no-brainer at this point. His No. 4 pick odds shortened to -380 this week, so we're really only throwing him into this parlay so we can get the plus odds (Jeanty in the top 5 by himself is -125). Now we're not paying any juice if and when we win.

Many analysts, including Jeremy Fowler and Tony Pauline, have been chattering about the Jaguars emerging as a favorite to grab Jeanty. There also exists the possibility that new Jags GM James Gladstone trades the pick to a hungry suitor for more draft capital. If that suitor is Dallas, Cleveland, Chicago or Pittsburgh, Jeanty could conceivably still be the fifth player selected overall.

Top 5 exact order (+550):
1. Cam Ward
2. Travis Hunter
3. Abdul Carter
4. Will Campbell
5. Tetaroa McMillan

This seems like a strong hedge if you're making the first bet, as it's hard to envision the Jaguars not targeting a skill-position player if they keep their first pick. If it's not Jeanty, it's more than likely going to be Tet McMillan.

As Adam Schefter reported recently, "Jaguars coach Liam Coen has long had a soft spot for wide receivers in the draft, and the top-rated wideout in this class, Arizona's Tetairoa McMillan, has drawn comparisons to the Bucs' Mike Evans." Coen coached Evans at Tampa Bay, where Baker Mayfield enjoyed a career breakout.

Consider throwing down an $8 hedge bet for the chance to win over $50. This way, if it's Jeanty or McMillan who goes at pick No. 5, we're making some money either way. You can also do an exacta with Mason Graham in place of McMillan for +235, but many rumblings leading up to draft day have been about Graham slipping past the top five and possibly even out of the top 10.

Position totals: UNDER 2.5 total running backs selected in 1st Round (-250)

We're eating some juice here, but it honestly feels like a no-brainer. Outside of Ashton Jeanty and Omarion Hampton, no back seems worthy of a first-round pick. Cameron Skattebo and Dylan Sampson likely slot in as the third and fourth RBs selected, but most analysts project them as Day 2 picks. If you're in a position where you can afford to risk $200 to make an $80 profit, this feels like a good spot.

Position totals: OVER 2.5 total quarterbacks selected in 1st Round (-135)

While we don't anticipate seeing three running backs called on Thursday, we should see three quarterbacks. The first one is obvious, as Cam Ward is -20000 to go first overall to the Titans. The second and third will likely be Shedeur Sanders and Jalen Milroe, with Jaxson Dart as a potential dark horse. Multiple teams need QBs now and/or in the longterm, so we're going heavy on the OVER here.

Draft position specials: Will Johnson second cornerback selected (-130)

Not many will argue against Travis Hunter being the best cornerback in this draft class. However, you also won't find many analysts who like anyone not named Hunter over Michigan's Will Johnson. The guy is a blanket outside corner, an explosive INT returner, and a highly intelligent and athletic specimen. He runs a 4.56 40, he has a long reach and a 6-2, 195-pound frame, and everything about him screams value.
