Livvy Dunne may not be competing, but she's still making a statement as the LSU Gymnastics team heads to Fort Worth, Texas, for the NCAA Championships.
The 22-year-old gymnast, who has been sidelined for over two months due to a knee fracture, is back in action supporting her team as they defend their national title.
As the team traveled to Texas for the championships on Tuesday, April 15, Dunne couldn’t help but arrive in true southern spirit. In photos shared to her Instagram Story, she rocked a huge cowboy hat on the plane ride to Fort Worth, sharing a fun moment with her bestie Haleigh Bryant, and tipping her hat for a group photo with teammates Chase Brock and Leah Miller.

Another photo showed the gymnast getting on the private plane and tipping her hat to the camera.
Despite not being able to compete, Dunne has been an integral part of the team’s success this season, celebrating alongside her teammates after their SEC Championship win and showing face in a sparkly black leotard at the NCAA Utah Regional Final.
The championship marks a poignant moment for Dunne; it is her final season with LSU. Just the day before she shared a Tiktok skit after her last practice at LSU, with Bryant reminding her it was their “last practice ever” after Dunne said she would see her at practice the following day.
