One of the league's most well-established power franchises, it was unusual to see the LA Galaxy toiling outside the playoff positions. That's no longer the case, as the Galaxy are primed for a deep playoff run as one of the top 2024 title contenders as well.

Since their 2014 MLS title, the Galaxy have reached the postseason in just four of their nine seasons and failed to advance past the conference semifinals.

Now, they are back near the summit of not just the West but the entire league, poised to make good on their second-place finish in the Western Conference table. A slip on the final day saw them concede the No. 1 seed to rivals LAFC, but nonetheless they are considered one of the top title contenders.

The Sporting News brings you all you need to know to secure tickets to all upcoming LA Galaxy playoff games as they hope to remain in contention until the very end.

LA Galaxy tickets for their Western Conference semifinal match are available on StubHub. As the two seed in the Western Conference bracket, the Galaxy topped the Colorado Rapids in Round One, advancing to the Western Conference semifinals.

Set to face Minnesota United, the get-in price for that one-off match on Sunday, November 24 is currently around $70 for seats in the corner. Seats along the end line are going mostly $80 and above, while anything along the sideline will likely cost at least $100.

Tickets for a potential Western Conference final are also available to buy on StubHub, should the Galaxy reach that stage and end up hosting. They would host only if their opponent was the Seattle Sounders, while they would play on the road against rivals LAFC.

Who does LA Galaxy play in 2024 MLS playoffs?

With the conference title in the bag going into the final day of the season, a capitulation on Deadline Day saw the LA Galaxy miss out on the top seed, finishing second in the West. They defeated the Colorado Rapids in Round One of the MLS playoffs, earning a spot in the Western Conference semifinals against Minnesota United.

Victory against Minnesota on November 23 at home would see them advance to the Western Conference finals against either LAFC or the Seattle Sounders with a chance to secure a spot in the Cup final.

MLS playoffs 2024 schedule

The 2024 MLS playoffs began on Tuesday, Oct. 22 with the Wild Card match. It all concludes Saturday, Dec. 7 with the MLS Cup championship.

The LA Galaxy could potentially play up to three more home games through the playoffs. After hosting Game 1 of Round One, they are now set to host Minnesota United in the Western Conference semifinals. They could host the Western Conference final too, however they would be forced to play on the road if that game came against LAFC thanks to their late slip in the regular season standings.

Should the Galaxy reach the MLS Cup final, they would host.
