The Huskies defeated No. 15 Arkansas State 103-34 in the first round and No. 10 South Dakota State 91-57 in the second round. They downed No. 3 Oklahoma 82-59 in the Sweet 16 before routing No. 1 USC 78-64 in the Elite Eight to punch their ticket to the semifinals.

The 2025 NCAA Women's Basketball tournament began with First Four games on March 19.
The First and Second rounds have been hosted at the sites of the top-16 seeds, while regionals will head to Birmingham and Spokane.
