- Trick Williams (c) vs. Ethan Page in a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal: Devil's Playground match for the NXT Title
- Tony D'Angelo (c) vs. Oba Femi in a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal: Tables, Ladders, and Scares match for the NXT North American Title
- Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade vs. Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer
- Kelani Jordan (c) vs. TBA in a Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal: Spinner's Choice match for the NXT Women's North American Title
- Andre Chase vs. Ridge Holland in an Ambulance match
Trick Williams beat Ethan Page to win back the NXT Title. Page won a contender match in an attempt to reclaim the belt. Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal returns for Halloween Havoc, and the wheel Page spun landed on a Devil's Playground match. They will compete in a standard Falls Count Anywhere contest for the NXT Title.
Speaking of Spin the Wheel, Make the Deal, Tony D'Angelo, who beat the massive Oba Femi to win the NXT North American Title, defends the title in a rematch in a Tables, Ladders, and Scares match. The D'Angelo Family will be banned from ringside.
Meanwhile, frenemies Roxanne Perez (the NXT Women's Champion) and Cora Jade team up to face former Stardom legend Giulia and former CMLL World Women's Champion Stephanie Vaquer.
