The Philadelphia 76ers had a very forgettable season, finishing with a 24-58 record. Barring anything unforeseen, Joel Embiid, Paul George, and Tyrese Maxey should be back in Philadelphia next season, but other moves are almost certainly going to be made.
FanSided's Nicolas Kyle Pring predicts that Kyle Lowry will be one of the odd men out in Philly due to his age and the Sixers' backcourt construction.
"Lowry is coming off a season where he finished with career-lows across-the-board," Pring wrote. "Coupling that with the fact that he missed more than half of the games this season, he will undoubtedly need to find a new home this summer that could embrace his lack of on-court viability at this point in his career."
Lowry, a Philadelphia native, averaged 5.6 points and 3.5 assists in 58 games with the Sixers, spending parts of two seasons with the franchise.
The six-time All-Star is best known for his tenure with the Toronto Raptors, helping them win their first championship in 2019. It wouldn't be a shock to see the 39-year-old guard call it a career this offseason, but a team could also bring him in for veteran leadership.
As for the Sixers, they're all set at the guard position, with Maxey and Jared McCain in the fold. Quentin Grimes is also expected to remain in Philadelphia after a breakout stretch following his trade from the Dallas Mavericks.

A better bill of health, the right offseason moves, and more continuity could help the Sixers get back to the playoffs next season.
