The couple, who recently went public with their relationship, spent some quality time together in Tennessee over the weekend. Hurley shared some cozy photos from their getaway on Instagram on Sunday, April 27, with the caption, “Tennessee weekend ❤️."
One photo showed the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model cuddling by a tree and enjoying time with Cyrus, another showed the duo in an off-road vehicle with a black-and-white dog.
