After an intriguing offseason that included a change at defensive coordinator and two massive contract extensions for wide receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, the Cincinnati Bengals are set for the 2025 NFL draft.

The annual seven-round selection meeting will begin on Thursday night in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and the Bengals are expected to make their first pick at No. 17 overall following a 9-8 season that landed them in third place in the AFC North (only ahead of the 3-14 Cleveland Browns).

In total, Cincinnati has six selections heading into the draft, all of which are their own. The only round that they currently don't have a selection in is the seventh, as they traded their original pick (No. 233 overall) to the Chicago Bears in exchange for running back Khalil Herbert in the middle of last year.

What time will Bengals make first-round pick?

While Cincinnati has a pick right outside of the first half of the first round, fans will have to wait quite some time before they hear the announcement of pick No. 17 from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell on the stage.

Last year, the Minnesota Vikings traded up from No. 23 with the Jacksonville Jaguars to get to No. 17. After the trade, the announcement that Minnesota was taking Alabama edge rusher Dallas Turner came at 10:07 p.m. ET, so this year's pick will likely come around the same time.

There is, however, a chance that the picks in front of the Bengals get moved or go quickly, so fans should be ready 20 minutes or so beforehand and may need to hang around awhile after the top of the hour just in case.
