The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made quite the NFL history in less than an hour on Saturday.
First, at the tail end of the seventh and final round of the NFL Draft, they selected Tez Johnson out of Oregon.
Then, in undrafted free agency, they signed Desmond Watson from Florida.
Why's that significant? Because Golden weighs 154 pounds, and Watson weighs 464.
Johnson was a star wide receiver at Oregon, but he's so small that it's no sure thing he can last in the NFL.
Watson would be the heaviest player to ever appear in an NFL game if he makes it on the field in the regular season.

How insane is this difference?
If you multiply Johnson's weight by three, you get 462 pounds, still two pounds lighter than Watson. The big fella is literally three Johnsons in one.
Football is a fascinating sport in that both these guys can have a legitimate role for the Buccaneers.
Clearly, they won't contribute in the same ways. But it takes everyone on the roster to win football games.
The first goal for both Johnson and Watson will be to make the roster.
If they do, then they'll try to show how they, in their individual roles, can be crucial to Tampa Bay's chances of success. If they do that, they'll stick around, regardless of weight.
