Southern California is the home of beach volleyball, and some of the top talent in the region — and the country — will hit the sand Saturday with titles on the line.
The marquee matchup in the CIF Southern Section girls beach volleyball championships will feature a pair of teams ranked in the top five nationally by MaxPreps as No. 1 Mira Costa faces No. 4 Redondo Union in a rematch of the previous two Division 1 finals. The teams split their two regular-season matches in 2025, with the Sea Hawks handing the Mustangs their only loss of the year in early March.

In the other finals, Long Beach rivals Wilson and Millikan will face off for the Division 2 title in their third meeting this season, with Wilson taking the first two. In Division 3, Long Beach Poly meets Canyon for the championship.

All three CIF-SS divisions will hold their championship matches Saturday at Long Beach City College. The Division 3 final is set to begin at 10 a.m. PT, followed by Division 2 and Division 1.
