The NBA Playoffs are supposed to feature highly competitive games.
But once in a while, there are blowouts, much like what the Oklahoma City Thunder did to the Memphis Grizzlies on Easter Sunday in the first round.

NBA largest playoff victory margins
There have been five games in NBA Playoffs history that ended with 50 or more point margins, prior to the 2025 postseason.
Here they are:
- Nuggets 121, Hornets 63 (2009)
- Lakers 133, St. Louis 75 (1956)
- Lakers 126, Warriors 70 (1973)
- Bulls 120, Bucks 66 (2015)
- Bucks 136, Warriors 86 (1971)
So that's a 58-point margin, two wins by 56, a win by 54 and a win by 50.
That Nuggets-Hornets record-setter featured 26 points from Carmelo Anthony before he got to sit out for a long time
And you know it's a good list when the Minneapolis Lakers and St. Louis Hawks make it.
