Barcelona will be looking to extend their unbeaten home run when they face Brest in the Champions League clash on Tuesday.

Hansi Flick's side has been a force to reckon with, having won three of their last four games in the European competition. They thrashed FK Crvena 5-2 in their last outing. However, they are coming into this game on the back of a disappointing 2-2 draw against 11th-placed Celta Vigo in a La Liga match.

On the other hand, Brest has turned out to be the French club in the ongoing European competition. The team is undefeated in their last four matches on the European stage, with three wins and one draw.

However, they enter this game following back-to-back defeats against Montpellier and AS Monaco in Ligue 1.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times and the latest lineup news.

Barcelona vs. Brest predicted lineups, team news

For Barcelona, Ansu Fati, Lamine Yamal, Eric Garcia, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Marc Bernal, and Andreas Christensen remain unavailable due to injury.

However, Ronald Araujo, who has been sidelined due to injury, is close to making a comeback and could return to group training this week.

The club is carefully managing Gavi's knee after a long absence, so the Spaniard is likely to start on the bench. Frenkie de Jong is likely to start this fixture. While we can see Pedri working in a more advance role and Marc Casado partnering the Dutchman middle of the park.

Barcelona predicted XI (4-2-3-1, right to left): Pena (GK) — Kounde, Cubarsi, Martinez, Balde — De Jong, Casado — Olmo, Pedri, Raphinha — Lewandowski.

Injured: Ter Stegen, Araujo, Garcia, Bernal, Christensen, Fati, Yamal
Suspended: None

Meanwhile, Brest suffered a big injury blow during their defeat to AS Monaco in Ligue 1. Pierre Lees-Melou was forced off the pitch inside the opening 25 minutes of action in what looked like a calf strain.

Bradley Locko remains out with an Achilles injury.

Brest predicted XI (4-3-3, right to left): Bizot (GK) — Lala, Chardonnet, Cardinal, Amavi — Lees-Melou, Camara, Magnetti — Castillo, Sima, Ajorque

Injured: Lees-Melou, Locko
Suspended: None

Brest has been punching above their weight in the Champions League so far but it would be difficult to hold Barcelona's offense, considering the amount of goals they have been thudding in. We predict a win for the hosts.
