Heisman winner Travis Hunter walked the “green” carpet at Day 1 of the NFL Draft looking sharp in a hot pink blazer, supported by his stunning fiancée, Leanna Lenee, and mom Ferrante Edmonds.
All came in for a group hug when he was announced as the No. 2 pick, going to the Jacksonville Jaguars after the team traded up.
Former University of Colorado star Hunter, 21, hit the sporty red carpet Thursday, April 24 at Green Bay’s Lambeau Field in a black button up and slacks, and a bright pink blazer for a pop of color. His fiancée expertly coordinated in all black, wearing a gorgeous strapless gown, her hair down. Mom stunned in a cream-colored pant suit.
Lenee and Hunter went public as a couple in 2022, according to an April 24 article in the New York Post. The outlet said that the two met as teenagers, and Lenee — who has chosen to delete her social media accounts — is a graduate of Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
The young couple have been living in a guest home of the Athlete Performance Ranch in Fort Worth, according to an April 17 report in Sports Illustrated. The facility supports all sports, with the outlet citing Olympian Anna Cockrell as one of Hunter’s workout partners.
Hunter’s dad, Travis Hunter Sr., was also a football player when he was in school. Hunter Jr., a cornerback and wide receiver, won the Heisman Trophy in December 2024.
